Cancellation & Refunds
Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 24hours before your scheduled activity.
If we cancel your booking due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule – no questions asked.
To cancel or reschedule, please call us or WhatsApp us directly.
We do not accept cancellations via our social media profiles.
If you don’t show up for your booking without prior notice, the full amount will be charged.
