Briefing & Gear
Once on our specialized parasailing boat, the crew will fit you with a life jacket and a safety harness. You’ll receive a quick briefing on takeoff/landing positions and hand signals.
The Takeoff
You will sit on the specialized platform at the back of the boat. As the boat accelerates, the parachute opens and gently lifts you into the air. No running or jumping required—the takeoff is incredibly smooth.
The Flight
Once you reach the desired altitude, simply relax in your seat (which feels like a swing) and enjoy the silence and the view. It’s an incredibly peaceful sensation.
The Landing
When it’s time to return, the boat’s hydraulic winch gradually reels you back in. You’ll land either standing or seated right on the boat’s platform, without even getting wet (unless you ask for a quick “touch-and-go” dip in the water!).

Secure storage for your personal belongings at our facilities, life jackets and certified safety equipment, insurance coverage, taxes included, sunglasses safety straps, drinking water, shower facilities and free parking.
Upon request and with additional charge we also provide:
- Private Boat Transfers: Pickup from North-East Corfu Corfu (Dassia, Gouvia Marina, Kommeno and Kontokali and major hotels (Ikos Dassia, Ikos Odisia, Grecotel Corfu Imperial, Grecotel Eva Palace, Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa and Kontokali Bay Resort & Spa).
- Villa Pickups: Direct boarding from private villas along the Northeast coastline.
- Media Services: Drone aerial footage or photo shoots with your mobile device.
Participation Criteria
- Age: Minimum 14 years old (written parental consent required for minors).
- Weight: Maximum total weight per flight: 180kg (limits may be adjusted based on wind conditions for safety reasons).
- Swimming: Basic swimming skills required for all participants.
- Safety Equipment: Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all participants without exception.
- Compliance: Participants must strictly follow all safety protocols and crew instructions.
Liability Disclaimer
Participants must follow all safety instructions and use the provided safety equipment at all times during the activity. Corfu Ski Club Watersports is not liable for injuries, accidents or damages resulting from:
- failure to follow staff instructions
- negligence or reckless behaviour
- participation under the influence of alcohol or substances
- pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed in advance
By making a reservation, participants confirm that they meet the participation requirements and accept the above terms.
Safety Restrictions & Terms
- The activity is not permitted for pregnant individuals or people with serious heart, neck, back or other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must be in good physical condition and have basic balance and coordination.
- Basic swimming skills are required for all participants.
- Wearing a life jacket and the required safety equipment is mandatory throughout the activity.
- The activity is conducted under the supervision of a certified parasailing crew operating the specialized boat and winch system that control take-off, altitude, and landing.
- Failure to comply with safety instructions or reckless behaviour may result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
- Our team reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if safety concerns arise.
